1. Wi-fi on કરવાથી કોલેજ ના બધાજ wi-fi ના નામ દેખાશે,તેમાંથી કોઈપણ wi-fiપર કનેક્ટ થવું.

• ત્યારબાદ કોઇપણ બ્રાઉઝર ઓપન કરવું અને તેના એડ્રેસબાર માં આપેલ આઈ-પી. એડ્રેસ નાખી એન્ટર કરવું. જેથી કોલેજનું વેબ પોર્ટલ ખુલશે.
• કોલેજના વેબ પોર્ટલ પરથી …..
  1. કોલેજના મેઈન મેનુ પર ક્લિક કરવાથી કોલેજ વિશેની વિવિધ માહિતી મળશે.
  2. નોટીસ જોવા માટે કોલેજ વેબ પોર્ટલ ની જમણી બાજુ NOTICEપર ક્લિક કરી જોઈ અને ડાઉનલોડ પણ કરી શકાશે.
  3. સ્ટડી મટેરિયલ જોવા માટે…
     1. મેઈન મેનુમાં Study Material પર ક્લિક કરો… ત્યારબાદ Arts Faculty/Science Faculty/Commerce Faculty પર કલીક કરતા જે તે વિષયો દેખાશે .. ઈચ્છીત વિષય પર ક્લિક કરતા……Sem-I થી Sem-VI દેખાશે …….  જેના પર ક્લિક કરતા પેપર અને ત્યારબાદ ચેપ્ટર દેખાશે. આ ચેપ્ટર પર ક્લિક કરતા મટેરિયલ PDF format માં ડાઉનલોડ થશે જે સીધું વાંચી કે પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી ઉપયોગમાં લઇ શકાશે.
  4. ક્વીઝ રમવા માટે…
     1. કોલેજ ના પોર્ટલ પર જમણીબાજુ એ ઉપર લાલ કલર માં QUIZલખેલ છે. તેના પર ક્લિક કરતા.

User Name:-વિદ્યાર્થીનો રોલ નંબર.

Password  :-કોલેજમાં આપેલ મોબાઈલ નંબર.

પછી તમે તમારા એકાઉન્ટ માં લોગીન થઇ જશો, ત્યારબાદ ડાબી બાજુ ઉપરની તરફ QUIZ પર ક્લિક કરતા QUIZમાટે વિવિધ વિષયો જોવા મળશે. ઈચ્છિત વિષય સામે Start પર ક્લિક કરતા QUIZ ચાલુ થઇ જશે.

 

• QUIZના નિયમો:-
  • કુલ ૨૫ હેતુલક્ષી પ્રશ્નો વારાફરથી આવશે. દરેકનો ૧ માર્ક્સ છે.
  • દરેક પ્રશ્નનો સમય ૪૫ સેકેન્ડ રહેશે.
  • તમે પસંદ કરેલ જવાબ પર કિલક કરતા જે તે જવાબ સાચો હશે તો તે ગ્રીન થશે અને ઉપર Great Your Answer is correct લખેલ આવશે અને તમને ૧(એક) માર્ક્સ મળશે.
  • જો તમે પસંદ કરેલ ઓપ્શન ખોટો હશે તો તે જવાબ લાલ થશે અને સાચા જવાબ પર ગ્રીન કલર થશે. અને ઉપરની બાજુ Oops your Answer is Wrong એમ દેખાશે અને તમને 0(Zero) માર્ક્સ મળશે.
  • જો જવાબ આપતા ૪૫ સેકેન્ડ કરતા વધુ સમય લાગશે તો આગળ નો પ્રશ્ન ઓટોમેટીક આવી જશે.
  • જો જવાબ અપાઈ ગયો હોયતો આગરના પ્રશ્ન માટે Nextબટન ક્લિક કરવું.
  • QUIZને અંતે તમામ પ્રશ્નોનું રીઝલ્ટ સ્ક્રીન પર ડિસપ્લે થશે.
  • તમે આગામી QUIZના રીઝલ્ટની વિગતો પણ જોવા મળશે.
  • તમે તમારા એકાઉન્ટ માં તમારી પ્રોફાઈલ વિગત પણ અપડેટ કરી શકશો.
  • QUIZપૂરી થાય પછી Log Out. થવું જરૂરી છે.

 

 

What is Intranet? 

• An intranet is a private network that is contained within institute. It may consist of many interlinked local area networks and also use leased lines in the wide area network. Normally, an intranet includes connections through one or more gateway computers to the outside Internet. The main purpose of an intranet is to share study material and other information among students.
• With help of Intranet institute can send messages through the public network, using the public network with special encryption/decryption and other security safeguards to connect one part of their intranet to another.
• Only students and staff of the institute connected via LAN or Wi-Fi. It is a special network protected by the password. With user ID and Password student can only assess and download materials.
• Intranet and internet different, one major difference between an intranet and the Internet is the Internet is an open, public space, while an intranet is to be a private space.
• Intranet is hosted on a web server inside the institute network.

Benefits of intranet:

• The purpose of an intranet is to made communication simply.
• Using intranet technology communication and sharing of study material is cheaper and easier than internet.
• Intranet consists of interlinked local area networks.
• Intranet can act as communication hub for institutional stakeholders.
• You can store study materials like syllabus related material, video lecture etc.
• It is accessible at any time within the campus area.

Intranet facility in the Institutional campus area:

• Institute established this facility for the student’s benefits.
• In this faculty of the entire department individually uploaded their respective study material so students can easily access and download for study purpose.
• Faculty also upload their PPT and video lecture on it student can revise that topic any time.
• Due to this facility faculty can communicate with students and they motivated to prepare a study material for the students.
• In this student get specific materials related to their syllabus.
• For this facility institute established one server in the cyber room (administrative office), and it is controlled by one computer operator. Faculty wants to upload or upgrade their materials they give to computer operator and he uploaded in the specific manor.

How to use Intranet?

Who wants to use intranet facility of the institute they have to follow the following steps.

• First user on their Wi-Fi mode in the mobile.
• When Wi-Fi is on you can see all nearby Wi-Fi connection.
• Then chose any one among the list.
• Then open any browser and Wright specific IP address given to you.
• Now college portal is open, you can see following menu:
  • Main menu.
  • Study materials.
  • Quiz
• Above menu is open access except Quiz. For the Quiz students have to logging for that they use their Roll No. As a User name and Mobile No. (As per college record) as a password.
